2. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply to sales contracts concluded through the tryaerin.com website and the AERIN online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The Website is also available to customers residing in Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Slovenia.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts the terms set out in these GTC and in the related policies available on the Website.
The Customer is always entitled to the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in their country of residence and within the European Union.
3. Products and Prices
The product descriptions available on the Website are intended to provide the most accurate possible information about the characteristics and use of the products.
For customers in Hungary, prices may be displayed in Hungarian forints (Ft), for customers in Slovakia and Slovenia in euros (€), and for customers in the Czech Republic in Czech koruna (Kč).
Before finalizing the order, the Customer will be shown the price of the products, any applicable discounts, the shipping fee, and the total amount payable.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices and promotions. Orders that have already been placed and accepted are subject to the price displayed at the time the order was placed.
Dietary supplements sold by AERIN are not medicines and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, or medical treatment.
4. Ordering Process
The Customer may order selected products using the ordering process available on the Website.
Before finalizing the order, the Customer has the opportunity to review the selected products, quantity, shipping and contact information, payment method, and total amount payable.
By placing an order that entails an obligation to pay, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We will send an electronic confirmation of receipt of the order to the email address provided by the Customer.
If we are unable to fulfill the order due to insufficient stock, an obvious pricing error, a payment issue, or another justified reason, we will inform the Customer. If the order has already been paid for, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
5. Payment Terms
The payment methods available on the Website may vary depending on the country, market, and order.
The currently available payment options will be displayed before the order is finalized.
When paying by bank card, the Customer represents that they are authorized to use the relevant payment method.
In the case of cash on delivery, the Customer pays the amount due for the order upon delivery using one of the payment options provided by the courier service.
Certain payment methods may be associated with specific discounts. The amount and conditions of such discounts will be clearly displayed on the Website or before the order is finalized.
6. Shipping
The Service Provider ships to Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Slovenia.
Estimated delivery times by country:
Hungary: 2–5 business days
Slovakia: 24–48 hours
Czech Republic: 24–48 hours
Slovenia: 24–48 hours
The applicable shipping fee and any available free shipping offers will be displayed before the order is finalized.
The stated delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may be affected by the courier service, weekends, public holidays, increased order volumes, or other circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control.

7. Consumer’s 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Union are entitled, in the cases specified by applicable law, to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.
As a general rule, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.
The intention to withdraw must be communicated to us by means of a clear statement at the following email address:
For sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons after the packaging or safety seal has been opened, the right of withdrawal may cease under the conditions specified by applicable law.

8. 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to the consumer rights provided by law, AERIN offers a voluntary 120-day money-back guarantee.
The 120-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to orders paid by bank card.
The guarantee may be claimed within 120 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for the guarantee, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original and undamaged packaging. The safety seal or protective foil must remain intact.
Dietary supplements that have been opened, used, or have a damaged safety seal cannot be returned under the voluntary 120-day guarantee.

The voluntary 120-day money-back guarantee does not limit or affect the consumer’s statutory rights.

9. Legal Guarantee and Product Liability
In the event of defective performance, consumers are entitled to the rights provided under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these GTC limits any warranty or other consumer rights that consumers are mandatorily entitled to under Hungarian, Slovak, Czech, Slovenian, or other applicable European Union law.

Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
These GTC do not limit the consumer’s right to contact a competent authority or an alternative dispute resolution body.
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by AERIN’s Privacy Policy.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
12. Governing Law and Consumer Protection
These GTC are governed by applicable law.

If the Customer purchases as a consumer in Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, or Slovenia, nothing in these GTC deprives the Customer of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence or of the European Union that cannot be contractually waived.
13. Amendments to the GTC
The Service Provider may amend these GTC from time to time, particularly due to legal, operational, or service-related changes.
The current version of the GTC is always available on the Website.
Amendments do not retroactively affect contracts concluded before the amendments entered into force, unless required by law.
